The property is in the South Park neighborhood of San Diego — about 5 minutes from Balboa Park and the San Diego Zoo, and roughly 10–15 minutes from downtown San Diego and Coronado Island. South Park's restaurants and coffee shops are within walking distance.

How many guests can the property accommodate?

The five-bedroom craftsman home sleeps up to ten guests.

What are the house rules?

Check-in is after 4:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. The home sleeps a maximum of 10 guests, and the primary renter must be at least 25 years old. No smoking and no pets. All events are planned and hosted by South Park Sanctuary SD — unauthorized parties or events are not permitted. Minimum stay is 2 nights (5 nights during holidays).

What smart home features are included?

The home includes a smart lock, Nest thermostat, automated outdoor lighting, and Alexa-enabled devices for a convenient stay.

What is the cancellation policy?

Guests receive a 100% refund for cancellations made at least 30 days before arrival, a 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before arrival, and no refund for cancellations within 7 days of arrival. All bookings include a 24-hour grace period: if you book at least 7 days before check-in, you may cancel within 24 hours of booking for a full refund.

How many bedrooms are there?

The home has five bedrooms: Two with queen beds, One queen sofa bed, one with a king bed, and one with a twin bed that pulls out into a king.

Is there parking available?

Yes 3 parking spots available at the house. Street parking is free.

Is the property pet friendly?

No, pets are not permitted on the property

Is the home suitable for families?

Yes, the property includes a pack 'n play travel crib , room darkening shades, and children's toys all within a fenced in backyard

Can I host a party or event at the house?

Guest-hosted parties are not permitted. Events are welcome, but they are planned and hosted by South Park Sanctuary SD — baby showers, bridal showers, private chef dinners, bachelorette celebrations, and girls' nights. Send us your date, event type, and guest count through our Events Page and we'll confirm availability and the right setup. Anything not arranged with us in advance is not allowed.

How many bathrooms are there?

The home has 2.5 bathrooms: one en suite bathroom, one full bathroom with tub, and one half bath downstairs.
