Our cancellation policy is simple. Cancel 30 or more days before arrival for a full refund, 7–30 days out for a 50% refund; within 7 days of arrival, the booking is non-refundable. Every booking also includes a 24-hour grace period — if your arrival is at least a week away, you can cancel free within 24 hours of booking.

The details: check-in is at 4:00 PM and checkout at 11:00 AM. Your stay includes all five bedrooms and 2.5 baths, the private hot tub, the fenced backyard with fruit trees, fast WiFi, a fully equipped kitchen, and three on-site parking spaces.
